Do you know the two Pâs relating to âdifficult peopleâ?
They stand for...
First P: Predictable.Â
Itâs 100% predictable who you will have difficulties with, who will press your buttons, and who will challenge you.Â
Difficulties stem from differences in behavioural and psychological patterns.Â
Second P: Preventable.
Itâs 100% preventable to have difficulties with certain personalities.
It also means that you can obtain positive outcomes instead of negatives ones as long as you can successfully read and relate to other people.Â
Let's illustrate this with an example.
The General Manager of a sizeable business had been working together with the CEO for the past 20 years.
A new senior leader joined the team and within a matter of months, he was able to secure funding in the millions, backed by the CEO.Â
My client (the GM), could not understand how this new person pulled off such a feat, especially since the GM had attempted to secure funding on several occasions himself, unsuccess...
It was as if Thor hit the earth with his mighty hammer.Â
Electricity ran through my veins. I felt so energised and certain.
It was the year 2013, and I had an epiphany of magnitude.
Nothing was ever the same again.Â
As I embarked on a 6 month personal development journey, I reaped the personal, professional, business and financial rewards really quickly.
The impact was so profound that I've been sharing my insights with the world ever since.
This brings me to you:
Have you ever felt stuck dealing with a difficult colleague, client, or even a loved one? No matter how hard you try, communication just doesnât click, and progress stalls.

After the success of my second book âHow to Communicate for Results & Feel Greatâ, I received countless messages from professionals, leaders, and business owners who struggle ...

My new book "How To Communicate For Results & Feel Great" is coming out late March.
Who would have guessed that a global celebrity wrote the Foreword!?!
To give you an idea...
This person has featured in a blockbuster movie, has authored numerous international best-selling books, was awarded the "Top Human Behaviour Specialist Of The Year" title while his picture was featured on the big screens of Times Square NYC, and is global legend.
Below is the Foreword - and look out for this celebrity's name!

Bram and I met in Melbourne Australia for the first time after a presentation I gave at the Melbourne Convention Centre. He was indirectly familiar with my teachings through his wife Andrea, who had already been a student of mine for a number of years.
Some words and gestures that Bram said and demonstrated in that initial meeting caught my attention - it was his sincere desire to enthusiastically contribute and serve. We met several times after during my v...
I made a Bram-new video for you.Â
Why? Because people easily clash with others because they keep infringing on two vital rules of communication.
If you ever felt upset, disappointed, unheard, taken for granted, walked over, intimidated or disrespected by someone, pay attention.
They don't necessarily mean bad.
They don't necessarily disrespect you.
Just like anyone else, we are hard wired to think, feel and act in specific ways.
The good news is that you can learn how to read people and truly connect with them using the (neuro-) science and art of effective communication.
It will definitely help you feel better.
I just spoke at an event about the power of communication.
How is it that every time I speak on the topic and share my insights with people, that people get teary, gratefully thank me, and continue talking about what they learned many days, weeks and even years after I left?
In one word: impact.
What I teach is completely different from what anyone else teaches about communication.
You might think you know but you don't.
I help people connect the dots in a fresh way.
Their perspective changes.Â
They drop right from their head down into their heart.
Instead of judging people (which causes all the known issues you experience with people), they become grateful and loving towards others which builds trust, rapport and connection at a deep level.Â
Your harvest depends on the seeds you sow.
Your results in business and life depend on what you give out to people.
When you are judgmental, guess how people will respond back to you...
When you close up and call people names in your h...
It's relevant when you seek new employment and try to land the dream job with the right pay.
It's equally relevant when you trade time for money as a consultant, coach, freelancer or business advisor. Your hourly rate shows how much (or little) you value yourself.
It's applicable for business owners who are ready to exit their business and communicate with interested parties for the right exit fee.
And finally, it definitely is relevant when you are in BD or sales and negotiate favourable terms, volume and profit margins.
The point is: almost everything can be captured with a financial number, which then begs the question:
How comfortable are you in asking for and receiving the number you want, time and time again?
If you are 100% comfortable talking about money, terrific! Well done đÂ
There still is one golden gate which is potentially locked for you.
I call this gate the science and art of effective communication.
The word that matters most is "effective". It means that you ...
Do you prefer straightforward, no fluff, direct talk?
Chances are that you can come across as intimidating, competitive, egotistical, demanding and even aggressive to other people.
This is what we call the high "D" communication style of a "Director".
While it helps to be persistent, goal oriented and fast on taking action, it's a knife that cuts two ways.
Knowing that a country like Australia has roughly 18% of "Directors", it means that your communication style backfires 82% of the time with the general population - assuming that you don't cause friction with other "Directors".
When it cuts that deep that it hurts, it's time to do something differently.
As a leader, you might experience the revolving door with staff coming and going... Costing the business greatly in recruitment fees, marketing and training and development...
In sales, clients will be quick to sign up but take up the cooling off period a lot of the times too because they felt pressured or sold to...
In teams, you will get in...
If an angel knocked your door today to give you the key to unlimited abundance, happiness and ease in your life and business - would you accept it and trust the process?
The reason I ask is because we have the potential to discover something that is of EPIC proportions in terms of the impact it brings.
While many people have heard about DISC, have done an assessment or even attended some training on it before, the reality is that most people scratch the surface with it.
It's like having a $1,400 smart phone and only use it to make calls.Â
They don't do the tool justice because it remains heavily under-utilised.Â
Therefore, they don't experience the significant benefits it brings to them as
Some of the best work we have done with te...
Last week we said that communication makes or breaks relationships.
Communication is the glue between people and the better we get at it, the more happy and successful we become.
Another aspect that is easily overlooked is the way we think about it.
As a psychologist working with people all around the world, I have come across 5 misconceptions that undermine people's performance as a leader, a team member, an influencer, or a business person.
Misconceptions stand in the way of positive outcomes.
Misconceptions sabotage people's future.
Misconceptions take away from happiness and create more disconnect, misunderstandings, disagreements and fallouts.
In some extreme cases, I have seen how misconceptions and poor communication led to severe physical illness because the person wasn't enjoying wellness in their relationships.
Let's summarize the top 5 misconceptions:
If you could develop the number one skill to become highly successful in business and life, would you want to learn more?
Let me lift the curtain for you in my new video. Learn more
You'll be astonished as to the amount of money you are leaving on the table right now as you take it loosely with this (often undervalued, yet powerful) skill.
By the way... Affluent people certainly know and appreciate the value of this skill. They learned to master it long before they made it, because it makes a world of difference.
I also share my personal experiences and numbers in full transparency with you, so that they can motivate you to perform at a higher level as well.
Thanks for following my journey.
Here's to your success!
