How To hack it

Universal laws work 100% of the time, just like gravity.

One of those laws is the law of gratitude. It says that by counting your blessings every day, more positive people, opportunities and circumstances come your way.

Over time, I have found that the more grateful I am, the more reasons I find to continue it. Also, it builds energy, resilience, creative thinking, empathy, and many other traits that benefit us and the people around us.

As ancient wisdom says, there is a seed of good in everything. Covid, for example, although it set my business back financially in a major way initially, has been a blessing in disguise.

  • What used to be local, in-person events truly turned into national and international gatherings with different networking opportunities.
  • Limited client access and growth perspectives made room for scalability thanks to technology that people have learned to embrace.
  • While we used to run events for full days or multiple days, we've learned to be more...

I was sooo touched when I read the following message...

I was sooo touched when I read the following message after the PURPOSE webinar:

“Good morning Bram. I have to thank you once again for the information and wisdom you shared during the webinar yesterday. There's a lot of content I will be revisiting (by the way, would you be making available the recording of the webinar? That would be really useful for me), but I have to say, the "What if I'm alone" part, the fears which came up when I answered that question, and then you prompting me to see the limiting beliefs in another way, possibly as a guide towards my purpose or what is important to me... really resonated with me and it has sparked some interesting realizations and intuition about my mindset about health. This is just the beginning for me, and I am so thankful for your guidance already.”

This is what it is about for me. I love making a difference.

For those that missed out: the replay will automatically become available to Bronze Members 24h after the webinar....

About purpose

"Why do people do what they do?"

Ever since I went to uni to become a psychologist, I've had this question top of mind. I wanted to decipher the human mind.

Nowadays people often ask me something similar, albeit more personal:

"How do I figure out what my purpose is?"

In the former case we have a high sense of purpose, we enjoy high levels of energy and are geared to taking action.

In the latter case, we lack a sense of direction, our energy is deflated and we keep to ourselves.

While we are proactive and get things done in one state, we are reactive and procrastinate in the other.

Same person - yet a different dynamic!

Why?

We're back to the topic of having a clear purpose.

With it, the world is our oyster. We naturally are poised and have a "can do" attitude. Nothing seems too major.

Without it, we feel like a mess. We're missing...

Looking in the rearview mirror

If you were to look in the rearview mirror of your life and business, what would you see?

  • Does what you see make you happy?
  • Or do you recognise that you would be in a much better place today if only you would have made different decisions earlier?

If only...

I'm not trying to make you feel bad just for the sake of it.

Rather, by being honest with yourself, you can make different decisions today.

Those decisions lead you down a different path to a different future with different outcomes.

Last week, a person who is more passionate about life and personal development than most people I know, asked me what the #1 success habit is.

She came from the angle that, as we get busy in our professional and personal life, we tend to cut corners to fit as much in as we can.

There is not enough time for everything, so we pick, choose and drop.

It's worth asking ourselves: "What sets us up for a great day - every day?"

  1.  Physical activity first thing in the morning works for many,...
