Getting uncomfortable intentionally

How often do you push yourself beyond your comfort zone?

This picture captures me at a business retreat overseas, collaborating with a group of strangers to explore AI. We were thrown into the deep end—figuring things out as we went. It was stressful. It was exciting. It was challenging.

But here’s the thing: no massive growth comes from doing the same things the same way. If you want to break through limits, you’ve got to break old habits.

There’s linear growth, and then there’s exponential growth. They are not the same. And if you’re after real impact—personally and professionally—you need to stretch your thinking and doing.

When you immerse yourself in new experiences with the right guidance, five powerful things happen:

1ļøāƒ£ You induce creativity in your outlook – Exposure to new environments and ideas helps you see solutions you never considered before.
2ļøāƒ£ You extend your professional network – The right rooms introduce you to the right people, opening doors you didn’t know ex...

Your goal is $1M+ average revenue/staff/year

Working as a trusted advisor to businesses for the past 19 years, it has become obvious to me that most businesses get stuck in a model that generates $180K revenue per staff per annum.

A good business generates $250K revenue per staff per annum.

A better business generates $440K revenue per staff per annum.

And finally, the unicorn amongst them all: the best business generates a staggering $1M+ revenue per staff per annum.

The question now is: where does your business sit?

The answers lie within.

When is the last time you did something for YOU?

Let's face it:

We tend to keep ourselves really busy.

We juggle multiple things.

We try to be a great leader, team mate, spouse, parent, sibling, entrepreneur, etc.

Our focus often is on other people and things to do.

We spend a lot of time OUTSIDE and sometimes forget to look after the INSIDE.

We're IN the woods. Not hovering above the woods.

It's a good idea to give space and time toĀ yourself.

No one else will do it for you.

Therefore: invest time, money and effort in YOU.

Expanding vs Contracting

Without inspiration, people perish.

The same applies to business: without people experiencing personal growth, business contracts.Ā

It's clear that life wants expansion. It's our job to set our mind on a specific outcome and do everything we can to make it happen.

However, sometimes people work against the flow. They suffer from "psycho-sclerosis", which is a hardening of the mind.

They wonder why things didn't turn out the way they imagined.Ā

The inspired ones, though, understand in their mind and appreciate in their heart that EVERYTHING pans out exactly the way it is supposed to be.

As long as we tune in with positive sentiment and count our blessings daily, we moveĀ forward easily.

Life and business then aren't a struggle...

I’d like to ask you a small favour…

Lately, I’ve been getting tons of questions from around the world about how to convert more business so that people can grow and scale TODAY.Ā

Even though lots of people have asked me to teach my success system and provide education, I have hesitated since I felt like I had to reinvent it due to recent developments. It just wasn’t the right time.

But now, because I received so many requests, and because I absolutely love the topic, I’ve finally decided to spill the beans on my new business development success system.

After literally 17 years of working in BD and coaching people in it, I’m now putting the finishing touches on my long-awaited ā€œBusiness Development Acceleratorā€ program. I love educating client-facing business owners, BDMs , trusted advisors and authentic sales professionals. This ...
