Let’s talk automation — the not-so-secret weapon of smart business owners.
The truth is, the more you grow, the less you should be doing.
And the more your systems should be doing for you.
“You don’t rise to the level of your goals.
You fall to the level of your systems.”

What Can You Automate in Business?
More than you think.
These aren’t just “nice to have” systems. These are the building blocks of a scalable business.
And the best part?
They run while you sleep.Â
But Here’s the Twist…
You’re already automating your life.
You just don’t realize it.
Habits are automation. Routines are automation.
The question isn’t: Are you automating?
It’s: Are you automating the right things?
Imagine if your habits:
Early in my career, I worked for a global organisation and travelled the world.
Some years, I spent over 200 nights in hotels to do my market research, meet retailers, deliver training and support clients, and put a list together of the people I wanted to do business with.Â

Over 50,000 applicants.
Seriously.
And my 59-second video got me shortlisted!
The next step in the application process was a psych-test.Â

In business, I see a similar dynamic undermining people's success.
We judge people that are different to us. We label someone a 'difficult' client or staff member. We call them all sorts of names, just to conceal that we don't know how to deal with them effectively.
Seriously - it's not about them, but all about us.
Blaming others is so much easier th...
