How it works

This isn't an 8-week course you finish and move on from. It's an ongoing coaching room you stay in for as long as it's moving your business forward.

Every fortnight, we meet — alternating between two formats:

Teach session. A structured, live training focused on one of the five areas of your Success Diamond. You walk away with a specific method to apply over the next two weeks, not just a concept.

Coach session. This one's about you. Bring whatever's actually stuck — a decision, a number, a person — and get direct input from Bram and Alan, in front of (and with) other owners working through the same stage of growth you are.

Teach gives you the method. Coach makes sure you actually apply it. That rhythm is the whole point — progress doesn't stall waiting for the next big course to start.
