In this month's Member Spotlight, I'm thrilled to interview Alan Short, The Business Coach, who I work with very closely.
Originally an engineer by trade, Alan runs several businesses remotely. He has made himself effectively redundant from his fire protection services business that employs 20 people.
An avid longboard surfer, Alan enjoys coaching business owners so that they too can remove themselves from the day-to-day running of the business and enjoy true freedom.
In short, Alan helps people go from "doing" to "owning" by taking a profit first and creating a self-managed business.
