Meet Paul Markwick, Head of Transport and Addinsight from SAGE Group. With a background in trade, Paul gradually moved from industrial controls into project management and general management. These days, he is client facing and bids for major contracts - his most recent one is a $50 million submission.

He spoke about being authentic, the importance of mentors, having multiple tools in your toolbox, the value of observation, and keeping an open mind - amongst other points.
