In this month's Member Spotlight, we introduce Francesca Garrick, Sales Manager at Police Health & Emergency Services - a private health insurance company with national coverage and the highest customer satisfaction rating in the industry.
Francesca has a team of nine call centre agents and one Partnership Manager, which very much operates as a BDM.
We started working with Francesca and her call centre team leading to amazing sales results within months, with even the top performers improving their PB by 20%.
The CEO then engaged us to work with the Senior Leadership Team to better align all 7 executives and improve communication at all levels.
The in-house Communication Mastery program, which combined group training, group coaching and individual coaching sessions, was then cascaded down to the entire middle management team, comprising 14 people.
At the end of our 9 month project, feedback was loud and clear: the average score was 95% and the NPS is as high as 78%.
