Who am I & why should you care?

Hi! My name is Bram Lagrou. I am the Belgian born psychologist that turned Aussie entrepreneur and Chief Difference Maker. Upon my arrival in Australia, I bought a training and coaching franchise. After 6 years I left and did my own thing because I intrinsically knew there was a better way.

Brief story: I trained people in 16 countries in person. Even more online. I published a book. I consulted to large corporations and assisted countless small businesses. Along the way, I became a business coach too... Reflecting back on my first 12 years of self employment, I realised that people achieve so much more when they work together as equals. We can all work smarter too by focusing on what we truly love and let others take care of the rest.
