Positive and negative emotions - how to deal with them

 

Going into Christmas and the festive season, there will be moments of joy and moments of challenge. The thing is: as we spend more time with family and friends, somebody may press your buttons. It's not what happens to you, but how you deal with it, that defines the quality of your life. 

In this video, my wife Andrea and I share strategies that we apply to manage our emotions. We share how we train our brain to think a certain way, and how we align ourselves with the four pillars of great healers and leaders: 

Gratitude + Love + Certainty + Presence.
