Check it out and let me know what you think in the comments?

Here's what we cover:

  1. Pay yourself first (in life and business)
  2. Set up different accounts for different purposes, including a "ME account"
  3. Keep on top of accounts
  4. Communicate when payments (will) bounce; negotiate better terms
  5. Leverage the power of the compound effect
  6. Organise better rates regularly (for EVERYTHING)
  7. Protect what you have; don't loose money
  8. Always save to invest while paying down your debts
  9. Buy expensive depreciating assets second hand whenever possible
  10. Review financial progress regularly based on FACTS
  11. Develop "character" (lenders love it) so that you are well positioned to receive financial backing for investment purposes
  12. Maintain a positive credit rating (in Australia, for example, you can consult Equifax)
  13. Remember that there is always a way to get things done. Ask yourself "How can I...?"
