A lot of the content is relevant both in a sales role but also in interacting with existing clients and with internal team members. As a specific example, I have used some of the DISC tips in two recent BD meetings. I was able to identify the clientsโ DISC profiles (which were the opposite to my strengths) and tailor my approach accordingly, where once I would have found it much harder to connect with them and address their concerns.
